4th Annual Sens Mile Charity Chili Cook-Off
It’s that time of year again! Get ready for the 4th Annual Sen’s Mile Charity Chili Cook Off. We are shutting down Elgin Street for a great day of chili cooking, music and ball hockey – you don’t want to miss it! The event will be held Sunday April 27th from 10am to 8pm. The ball hockey tournament will be an all-day affair, while chili tasting will take place between 11am and 4pm. Special judges include Police Chief Charles Bordeleau, Max Keeping and Fire Chief DeHooge.
Tickets can be purchased in advance for the chili tasting for only $10 here.
To register for the ball hockey tournament please call Jeff Houlton at 613-262-9469. It costs $200 to register a team (up to 7 players, 4-on-4 style play). This is a double elimination tournament format, and the winning team with receive a private patio party at Woodys!
Live entertainment will be happening all day, with the headliner ’Sea Spot Run” to take the stage at the end of the day. All revenue generated from the event will go directly to the Ottawa Senators Foundation. So come out and join us, support a great cause, and be prepared for a great day!
