Guns and Hoses™ Ball Hockey Classic
Guns and Hoses™ Ball Hockey Classic is the first annual three-on-three ball hockey tournament to benefit the Canadian Council of the Blind, the Sens Foundation, the Ottawa 67's Foundation and the Ottawa Police and Fire Services' benevolent funds.
Get together a team of seven and come down on September 15th and 16th to the ByWard Market and York Street Public School to play three-on-three ball hockey with other sports enthusiasts.
We will also have lots of fun activities to entertain you when you aren't playing, including food, vendors, celebrity games, and much, much, more
Who: Anyone aged 8 or older.
Where: The games will be played at York Street Public School, 310 York Street, and on York Street, between Williams St. and Dalhousie St. in the ByWard Market. Location is subject to change. All teams will be notified of changes well in advance.
When: Saturday, September 15, and Sunday, September 16, 2012. Games will be played from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm, both days.
Teams: Seven players to a team. Each team must have a team captain.
Equipment:
Mandatory:
- C.S.A. approved helmet
- Hockey gloves
- Running shoes
Recommended:
Cost: $300/adult teams (17+ years old)
$150/youth teams (8-16 years old)
