Sens Foundation announces partnership with Ferguslea Properties Limited

OTTAWA - The Sens Foundation today announced a new five-year partnership with Ferguslea Properties Limited, owners of the Accora Village residential community, making the real estate firm the title sponsor of the annual Sens Soiree gala.

Known as one of the must-attend fundraising galas in the region, this year’s Aloha event is inspired by balmy breezes, swaying palm trees, tropical waters, vibrant floral arrangements and white sandy beaches. Guests can expect an exciting evening of tropical activities, dining, auctions and entertainment alongside Ottawa Senators players and management as well as other local celebrities.

The Ferguslea Sens Soiree will take place at the Hilton Lac-Leamy on Saturday, Feb. 18. The gala raises funds to support the work of the Sens Foundation in the areas of youth mental health and addictions, pediatric healthcare programs and outdoor community rink construction projects.

“We’re very pleased about this new partnership with Ferguslea Properties Limited,” said Sens Foundation president Danielle Robinson. “Ferguslea is well known for its support of the Senators and of our community making this partnership a win for all involved. We look forward to another fun-filled evening that will raise money for a number of great community initiatives.”

“The Ottawa Senators and the Sens Foundation are such vital parts of our community,” said Dan Greenberg, president of Ferguslea Properties Limited. “We are proud to sponsor the Sens Soiree and make this long-term commitment to support the initiatives and programs it funds.”

Tables and tickets are still available for this year’s black-tie event, for more information about the Ferguslea Sens Soiree, visit www.sensfoundation.com.
