Charity Golf Classic

EVENT UPDATE:

As a result of the collective bargaining agreement between the National Hockey League and the NHL Players Association expiring, the 2012 Bell Sens Charity Golf Classic scheduled for Sept. 19 and Sept. 20 has been cancelled.

In the mean time, the Sens Foundation will continue to work diligently on events that will raise funds to support the charities under its mandate. This weekend, the Sens Foundation and the Ottawa Airport Authority will host the seventh annual Plane Pull Challenge, which will be held on Saturday, Sept. 22, at the Ottawa International Airport. Last year’s event raised more than $60,000 and the 2012 event currently has a record number of teams registered.
