GETTING TO THE HILTON LAC LEAMY CONVENTION CENTRE
From within the province of Québec: arriving Highway 148 West ("Autoroute 148 Ouest"), you can either take the exit for Highway 50 West toward Gatineau or stay on the 148 West until you reach the city of Gatineau. Follow the signs for Highway 5 North ("Autoroute 5 Nord") and take Exit 3, boulevard du Casino. Turn right at the exit, at which point you'll be at the entrance to the casino complex.

From Ontario: if you arrive via Highway 417 West, take Exit 118 for Nicholas Street/Mann Avenue. Keep right to take Mann Avenue and go straight onto King Edward Avenue. Stay left to take the MacDonald-Cartier Bridge, which becomes Highway 5 North. Take Exit 3 for boulevard du Casino. Turn right at the exit, at which point you'll be at the entrance to the casino complex.

DRESS CODE
The dress code, as always, is black tie, but we encourage you to add “a splash of colour”. The best “Graffiti” catches the eye and makes a statement.

ACCOMODATIONS
Hotel rooms have been reserved should you or your guests require accommodations on the 3rd or the 4th of February. To make a reservation, contact the Hilton Lac Leamy at (819) 790-6444 and mention the Sens Soiree. Prices are $179 and $209 for classic and deluxe rooms respectively.

POLICIES
As a reminder for the pleasure of all guests we ask that the following rules be adhered to:

• All guests must be of 18 years of age or older to attend.  Anyone under 18 will not be permitted inside the venue.
• No outside items for the purpose of autographs will be permitted inside the venue.
• No cameras with a detachable lens will be permitted inside the venue. *
• There will be an autograph page inside the event program.
• We encourage everyone to have a great time and enjoy the evening. Event security will be able to provide guests with contact information for local transportation providers at the end of the evening.

*Guests of the event are permitted to bring still non-professional cameras for their own personal use. Video and audio cameras, camcorders, and cameras that have the option to use a detachable lens are strictly prohibited. The use of any camera cannot interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Photographs taken at the event are for personal use only and cannot be used for any commercial purposes, including all forms of print, television, advertisement or website display, without the prior written approval of the Sens Foundation.

PROMOTIONAL FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE
As a notice to all guests and attendees present on the premises of the Hilton Lac-Leamy Convention Centre for the Ferguslea Sens Soiree: Graffiti on February 4.

Please be advised that any and all photos, audio/video and static images taken at this event may be used for exhibit, reproduction, and/or distribution for company-related promotional use, including all forms of print, television, advertisement and or website display.

In consideration of your participation as a guest or attendee of this event, you authorize the Sens Foundation legal representatives, suppliers, invited media and assigns unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use such images under their sole discretion.

The Sens Foundation, legal representatives, suppliers, invited media and assigns are released without limitation of any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
