Dream Mountains Foundation
Dream Mountain – Kilimanjaro 2017
The Dream Mountains Foundation was founded based on the belief that ordinary people are capable of extraordinary things. When Canadian businessman Shawn Dawson set out to climb the highest peak on each of the seven continents, he felt that it would be more meaningful if his quest was part of a larger, long term goal. Making it up the mountain requires teamwork, individual effort and a little luck. The team members challenge themselves by choosing to participate in a life changing experience while helping those who benefit from the funds raised.
The Dream Mountains Foundation raises funds and awareness for seven charities that reflect the mantra that helped Shawn reach his goal, “one step at a time”.
In April 2017, a group of climbers will be traveling to Africa to climb the tallest freestanding mountain in the world, Kilimanjaro, supporting seven different charities. Please show them your support by donating today! All donations go directly to the charities!
