OTTAWA – The Ottawa Senators Foundation (@sensfoundation) is pleased to announce that more than $200,000 was raised by participants during the fourth annual Molson Canadian Sens Alumni & NHL Celebrity Cup hockey tournament presented by Bell which was held earlier today at the Bell Sensplex.
Funds raised support the ongoing work of the Ottawa Senators Foundation, providing children with an opportunity to get involved in sports and after-school programs, to pursue a higher education and to have access to specialized physical and mental health care.
In honour of the Ottawa Senators 25th anniversary, the event featured 16 former Ottawa Senators players, including Daniel Alfredsson, Chris Phillips, Steve Duchesne, Alexandre Daigle, Jesse Winchester and Radek Bonk.
