What We Do

The Ottawa Senators Foundation, Hockey Club, and alumni association believe that making sure all kids have an opportunity is a critical priority. Investing in programs that promote both physical and mental wellness will get children and youth active, engaged and feeling good about themselves.

Social Recreation

Barriers such as registration fees, transportation, and equipment costs make it difficult for kids to get involved in after-school programs, sports, and activities.

These outdoor recreational facilities provide accessible recreation and sport opportunities for communities within Ottawa, Gatineau and other areas across the region.

Education gives you an opportunity to build a foundation in which you can accomplish greatness. The Ottawa Senators Foundation in partnership with the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club has invested in our community’s future through educational initiatives directed towards youth, teens and young adults.

Physical & Mental Wellness

Since 2009, the Ottawa Senators Foundation has pledged more than $1.5 million of support with charitable organizations focused on meeting the needs of families with children and youth suffering from various forms of mental health illnesses.
